Dear All Club Member,

GONG XI FATT CAI. The year of OX have pass and the year of tiger have arrive in front of our door. As we celebrate the Chinese New Year of tiger year we also did not forget those whose are more unfortunate then us.

As usual the yearly donation was held on 06 Feb 2010 afternoon.

We lauyouji members visited to Association Yee Ren Jing Sheh (YRJS) to give them the dry food and cheque contributed from friends who show love and care of these unfortunate kids in YRJS.

The Committee would like to express thankful to the club member and friends for the support to make this event success. We would also thankful for the member and the public for giving their heart to those who needs for help and our care. YRJS already 8 years old in Penang.

Last year they hv 55 person, this year increase to 60 person. The current spare is not enough since last year, now they have bought a new place also located at Bukit Tengah.

Dear all

Time flies, another year has passed. I hope everyone has a fruitful year of 2009 and lets look forward for a better year of 2010. Happy New Year to everyone of you. :)

Similar to past 2 years, this year we are going to have charity activity at the below Handicapped center. Follwing are the are the items that they need most:
Cooking oil, milo, coffee, sardin, body sampoo, pampers.
Hope we all can contribute and share our loves to those unfortunate one.

On 24-Jan-09 we lauyouji members visited to Association Yee Ren Jing Sheh (YRJS) to give them the dry food and cheque contributed from friends who show love and care of these unfortunate kids in YRJS.

The Comitee would like to express thankful to the club member and friends for the support to make this event success.We would also thankful for the member and the public for giving their heart to those who needs for help and our care.

YRJS already 7 years old in Penang. Original they are fr KL, 1 of the committee member Mr Chuah, he bring this association to Penang. During that time this association only have 7 persons, today have 55 persons, 22 are girl and 23 are boys. Although this is children home but also have about 3-4 man, they has been here for many years since from KL time.

This association is poor, they didn’t get financial support from government except medical expenses. All the expenses mainly contributed from public society. Every month they need about RM20k to take care the all the children. Some info we manage to understand from Mr Chuah include monthly diapers expenses about RM6000, every day need 10kg rice, other main food include Milo, milk powder, red bean, egg etc. Here also have 10 workers and monthly salary is about RM6000. Other expenses include electricity and daily use product e.g. shampoo, soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, etc.

Some of the kids need to tight up with cloth because they will run away if without attention.

A cheque with RM400 also give to YRJS, it contributed from the member of KDMS:

Due to limited space, this association plan to move to new place. They are looking for a land near Bukit Tengah area since year ago but until this moment still not able to find it yet. Some of the land here are too expensive and they not effort to buy it. Their target budget is about RM500k but in this town area almost impossible to get it with that budget. If anybody has any information about land, or will like to do any donation, you are welcome to contact or visit this association.

2009 NEW YEAR CHARITY ACTIVITY

Dear all,
Wishing all of you a Happy New Year 2009. For this coming 2009 same as previous year we are going to have a Charity Activity. Sharing love and care for those unfortunate and those who need helps.
